• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Use your internet browser to visit https://www.walmart.com/help
2. Hit the link that says the chat bubble in the bottom right corner
3. Hit the link that says the text box and type “agent”
4. Give the rep the info they need to find your account
5. Select “Start Chat”
6. Give the rep the info they need to find your account
7. Tell the representative that you’d like to cancel
8. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
9. Retain any confirmation numbers or emails you receive for your records

Follow these steps:

1. Use your internet browser to visit https://www.walmart.com/plus
2. Hit the link that says “Sign In” at the top right corner
3. Log in with email and password
4. Scroll down to locate “Manage MY Membership”
5. Scroll down to locate “Cancel Walmart+ Membership”
6. Retain any confirmation numbers or emails you receive for your records
