7. You may need to wait up to 72 hours before continuing. It can take some time to process your email.
8. Using your phone, call 866-484-4800 again after the 72 hours
9. Tell the representative that you’d like to cancel and let them know you already sent in the email
10. Give the rep the info they need to find your account
11. Retain any confirmation numbers or emails you receive for your records
